Load bank testing

As part of your preventative maintenance programme we recommend that you load bank test your equipment bi-annually to reduce the risk of power failure and give you peace of mind that your engine is ready for action when it is needed.

To provide the most cost effective and convenient support we have our own 300kW and 700kW load banks with all ancillary equipment and cabling in-house. Your engine can be tested on your site, or we can arrange for it to be delivered to our facility. 

Your engine will tested under full load conditions and all of the engine components are checked including the alternator, cooling system, engine fluids, air intake, exhaust and the safety shutdown system.

Once we are confident that your engine can provide the power you need, we will return it to you in perfect working order.
